The Seattle Danskin Triathlon is one of the largest women's races in the US. This year approximately 4000 participants were registered. Cindy entered as a member of Team UUC, a band of several dozen gung-ho women from the University Unitarian Church. The course is comprised of an 800 yard swim in Lake Washington, a 12 mile bike segment, and a 3.1 mile run/walk segment.
