Those who love to cook, and those who just love to eat, are drawn to rue Montorgueil. This street is lined with shops selling high quality breads, pastries, produce, meats and fish. We bought tarts and pain au chocolate from Stohrer, the oldest bakery in Paris (est. 1730), and take-away items from a Greek deli. After the shops close, the cafes and brasseries remain busy until late at night. Foodies will also enjoy exploring rue Cler and rue Mouffetarde.
